Write to People Who Can Swing ExxonMobil to Oppose the War and Work to Impeach George Bush
Here is a letter that we sent to Dr. Henry A. McKinnell Jr., head of Pfizer Inc., notifying him of the ExxonMobil War Boycott. We have received no response from him or the following corporate leaders, with the exception of the chief of Novartis. You may wish to use this letter as a guide:
Sample Letter:
Henry A. McKinnell, Jr., Chairman and chief Executive Officer
Pfizer Inc.
235 East 42nd Street
New York, New York 10017
Dear Mr. McKinnell:
I am writing to inform you that consumers for Peace is organizing a boycott against ExxonMobil Corporation and secondarily against Pfizer Inc. and eight other firms that deal directly with consumers and that are in a position to influence ExxonMobil through its board of directors.
The goals of the ExxonMobil War Boycott are:
We are focusing on ExxonMobil because we believe ExxonMobil has considerable power in the formulation of United States policy toward the Middle East in general and Iraq in particular. We note, for example, that Lee Raymond, ExxonMobil's chair and chief executive officer, was appointed vice-chair of the board of the American Enterprise Institute in December 2002, just prior to the invasion of Iraq. As you know, the institute has been prominent in designing and promoting the Bush Administration's Iraq policies.
As a director of ExxonMobil you are in a position to encourage ExxonMobil to support of the goals listed above and to engage the full force of its lobbying effort toward achieving these goals.
I am sure that you are aware of the growing evidence of the thoroughgoing destruction of Iraqi lives, economy and culture resulting from the occupation. this, and the tragic costs of the war to the United States, is powerfully documented in "The Iraq Quagmire: The Mounting Costs of War and the Case for Bringing Home the Troops", published in August 2005 by the Institute for Policy Studies.
We would like to remove Pfizer from the boycott list as soon as possible and will be pleased to do so if Pfizer makes a public statement endorsing the goals listed above.
Yours for ending the Iraq occupation and bringing real peace and health to that nation.

Fallujah Says it all
FALLUJAH - In 2004 the United States destroyed Fallujah. It was a war crime and a crime against humanity. This action typifies the U.S. invasion and occupation of Iraq. This video shows what happened, and what continues to happen daily if on a smaller scale.
